About the Journal

Nuslaw: Journal of Law Institute (NJLI) is a scholarly journal that publishes a wide range of legal studies from all branches of law, utilizing normative, empirical, philosophical, and socio-legal approaches. This journal is published by the Nuslaw Institute and serves as an academic platform for scholars, researchers, legal practitioners, and students to disseminate research findings, conceptual analyses, and critical reviews in the field of law.

NJLI aims to promote the development of legal science that is inclusive, responsive to societal dynamics, and open to interdisciplinary perspectives. The journal goes beyond merely positive or doctrinal law, encompassing social, cultural, economic, and political analyses closely related to the practice of law in society.

The journal is published twice a year (June and December) and accepts manuscripts in both Indonesian and English. All submissions undergo a double-blind peer-review process to ensure academic quality and originality.
